Salmon Croquettes




Ingredients

  • 2 cans Pink Salmon (skinless & boneless)

  • 1 Egg lightly beaten

  • 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce or Sriracha

  • 1/4 cup Remoulade Sauce

  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup Panko

  • 1/4 cup Flour

  • 1/4 cup Canola Oil

  • 1 tablespoon fresh Parsley chopped

Salmon Croquette with Remoulade Sauce

Directions

Dump salmon in a strainer and rinse with cold water. Drain well. Move to a medium size mixing bowl.

To the salmon, add the beaten egg and bread crumbs. hot sauce, remoulade, 1/2 cup of the Italian breadcrumbs and mix thoroughly. Form into 4 patties.

Pour the remaining breadcrumbs, flour and Panko into a shallow dish and coat the salmon patties.

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Fry patties until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.

Serve the salmon croquettes with Remoulade Sauce drizzled over the top.
