Remoulade




Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

  • 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Capers minced

  • 1 clove Garlic minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon (pinch) Salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon (another pinch) Pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

  • 1 Scallion finely chopped

Directions

Combine the mayonnaise, mustard and hot sauce in a bowl and stir together. Add capers, garlic, scallions and a pinch of salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.

Cover bowl and set in the refrigerator for flavors to marry for at least an hour.
