Preheat oven to 300F.
Pour beans into a saucepan with a couple of tablespoons of water and bring to a simmer on low heat.
While beans are heating up, cook ground beef in a large skillet until browned over medium-high heat. Add red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, onion powder, chili powder, cumin. oregano, thyme and stir to mix thoroughly. Add worchestershire sauce and cyanne pepper. Lower heat and add water and stir. Let simmer for about a half an hour.
Spread chips out on a cookie sheet or oven proof platter. Sprinkle chips with a layer of cheddar cheese over the tortilla chips and place in oven for about 5 minutes until cheese has melted. Remove from oven.
Spoon refried beans and meat mixture over chips. Sprinkle on some Monterey Jack then back in the over for another 5 minutes until cheese has melted. Remove from oven.
Spoon dollops of salsa, guacamole and sour cream. Your Nachos are now ready to serve.
Get creative with your nachos. Add jalapeño peppers, shredded lettuce. black beans or anything else your little heart desires to make them your own! Enjoy!!
